2012 Guests review
Hello Mr. Dorjay,
Thanks for all the help and organization of our Leh Tour.
It was really nice experience.
I will be really happy to extent this relationship further.
Hope to meet / contact you soon.
Active Adventure Ladakh is a great great host and much more than a typical “agent” and, it is not a once in a lifetime trip, we will go to Ladhakh again in February (god willing) as it turned out to be our best ever holiday destination till date.

2012 The Chader review
Himalayan wilderness is one of the heavens on earth… and Ladakh is absolutely to die for. My recent trek to Chadar has been a very memorable one. We were lucky in terms of weather and very able support from Dorjay and his team logistics and expertise wise, in that reasonably tough and changing terrain.
Dorjay – Thanks for being ever accommodative and helpful. Namgyal and team were excellent folks to trek with… they took care of our safety and comfort.. enjoyed every bit of it.

Our trip was planned by a Travel agent at Leh : Active Adventure, web : Home – Active Adventure Ladakh and owner is Mr Dorjay.
“ This June we had an unforgettable trip to Leh-Ladakh arranged by Active Adventure India. We experienced the tranquility of the Buddhist monstaries, the stunning beauty of the Pangong lake, and were surprised by the silver sands in Hunder, amongst the many places we visited. Driving to these locations from Leh through narrow winding roads offered breath taking views of deep valleys and colurful mountains. We ended the trip with an adventurous river rafting hitch in the cold waters of the Zanskar.
Active Adventure made excellent arrangements and even permitted flexibility with the itinerary when we were not upto it for long drives. Thanks to Dorjay for planning a memorable trip and to Motup for the driving us safely and guiding us through the tour. It is even more commendable that these guys are working with the modest infrastructure and difficult landscape of this region.
Thanks a lot guys… We recommend your organisation to all those who wish to visit Ladakh. And recommend all readers to visit Ladakh.-Samiksha & Shailesh
Hope all is well with you. We were’nt able to meet as you had left for kargil, but all of us wanted to thank you for the excellent arrangements you had made on our behalf. Tashi was a great help throughout and he is not only a good guide and driver but a helpful person as well.
Thanks and all the best,
Anisha, Debashis, Ruchika and Vishal

Greets After we had left Ladakh, we visited also Spiti valley and Kinaur in Himachal Pradesh…..again budism and trekking…..the best combination for me!! Kibar village in Spiti was the best place of all!!! The highest village in the world, set in the nice mountain scenery…..And Kinaur with its mixture of budhism and hinduism, people with funny green hats…and a beautiful trekking again, this time alone with a guide, whose cookng abilities where far below Dorje’s and Puntsok’s…..After that we went straight to Shimla where we enjoyed european-like food for few days, one day of doggy Delhi….and then Northeast…Dear Dorjey….we want to thank you again for all the goodwill and joy we shared together….for having us as guests in your pretty village of Digar……for nice trekkings…the best of all!!We are coming back home for Christmas this year…the right time to enjoy holidays with friends and family….it must be cold at that time in Ladakh!! I think we will star working as doctors in February next year…..
